HotKeyz is a free keyboard remapping tool for Windows. If you’re the type that likes using keyboard hotkeys more than the mouse, this app is for you. The program lets you open folders, execute RUN commands, and execute files. You can launch apps in normal, maximized, or minimized mode. If you’re launching your browser, you can use the site parameter to have your browser go straight to a specified site once it starts.

HotKeyz also lets you log-off, reboot, shutdown, open/close your CD-Rom, and start your screensaver.

You have the option of printing your hotkeys for reference. Don’t forget that you need to have the program running for your hotkeys to work.
