100 Invaders: The Classic Game With A Twist

With all the available games out there, it’s virtually impossible not to find something you like. While the current batch of games are undoubtedly graphically impressive, you’re sure to miss the classic games once in a while.

100 Invaders is your classic Space Invaders with a twist. It’s a free downloadable game. The gameplay is the same, one ship against an unending wave of invaders. The twist, is that once you destroy the whole wave, they turn into ghost ships which you need to destroy as well.

Once the ghost ships are destroyed, they drop orbs that are power-ups. These power-ups will allow you to move up and down, something the original Space Invaders didn’t allow you to do.

All in all, 100 invaders is a nice remake of the classic and one you should try if you’re missing the good old days of gaming.

The game runs on Windows XP, Vista, NT, and Windows 2003
