Halo 3: ODST, is it an expansion or a sequel? Does it really matter? Here’s what we do know so far about it. Halo 3: ODST comes with a new co-op mode called Firefight which basically has you and your squad defending against waves of enemies. Aside from Firefight, the game comes with a new single player campaign.
A nice treat for Halo fans, is the multi-player disc which contains most if not all of the downloadable map packs that have been released for the game. Also included are three new ODST exclusive maps called Heretic, Citadel, and Longshore.
Here’s a look at Citadel and Longshore

Firefight, while similar to other games’ co-op modes, has something unique. The mode includes power-ups, or skulls, which are used by your enemies to enhance their abilities. Did you think the power-ups were for you? Heh.
Here are a few more screens to tide you over while you wait for the game’s release.
