QuickNote is a Firefox addon that lets you take notes and save them for later viewing. The addon lets you choose whether you want QuickNote displayed in the browser sidebar, a floating window, or in its own tab.
Configuration options include selecting font size and style, choosing where to save your notes as text files, autosave note on nth character, etc.
